WHAT:
HERE & THERE is a roaming beignet food cart located in New Orleans, LA.
WHY:
HERE & THERE’s branding is inspired by the rich history of ghost stories and urban legends found in the rich culture of New Orleans.
HOW:
Drawn from New Orleans’ long tradition of ghost stories and urban legends, the cart embraces the idea of non-permanence.Appearing unexpectedly, lingering briefly, then vanishing into the night once again, HERE & THERE’s identity reflects this ephemerality through translucent menu cards and tear-away business cards that disappear piece by piece, leaving customers without a trace. Street-based illustrations reinforce this constant motion, echoing a brand that exists in transit, never fixed to a single place.
